Terms
Plain-English working terms.
Scope and deliverables
All work is governed by a written scope letter at project start. The scope letter names the outcome, what you will receive, what is not included, what we need from you, the timeline, and the price.
Payments
Smaller fixed-scope services use Stripe Payment Links where available. Larger projects use a deposit, then a balance at delivery. Deposits are never sold as standalone services. Shop resources are purchased on Shopify.
Revisions
Each service includes the revision rounds named in its detail page. Additional rounds are quoted in plain English before any work begins.
Ownership
Final approved deliverables transfer to you on full payment. Working files and intermediate iterations remain with Kostaja unless otherwise written into the scope.
Limitations
Kostaja does not guarantee specific business outcomes, rankings, traffic, or sales numbers. We do guarantee the quality of the work delivered against the written scope.
Start with the problem.
Then choose the right level of help.
Not every business needs a full project first. Some need an audit. Some need a fixed-scope service. Some need a larger brand, website, or marketing system. The right starting point depends on what is unclear, what is already working, and what needs to happen next.
- Audit
Best when something feels wrong but the next move is unclear.
- Fixed-scope service
Best when the deliverable is specific and the need is already obvious.
- Project
Best when the issue crosses brand, website, content, and systems.
- Resource
Best when you want a guide, checklist, workbook, or template you can use yourself.
